책소개

How will travel evolve in the future? While this book introduces various attractions and activities in Shinan county, it is by no means a travel guide. It is a record of administrative innovation, looking back on how efforts have been made to invigorate the islands, including 74 inhabited islands and a total of 1,025 islands(commonly referred to as 1,004 islands), which make up the heaven of islands in Shinan county, Jeollanam-do, facing population cliffs and aging phenomena, based on the local environment and culture. Various local autonomous entities have carried out administration for regional regeneration, but innovative examples such as the color marketing of Purple island in Shinan county are rare. It is even more meaningful as a result of the administrative leaders, members, and residents practicing change and innovation together

저자소개

저자 : Kim Byoung Hee
Currently serves as a professor in the Department of Advertising and Public Relations at Seowon University. He graduated from Seoul National University and received a Ph.D. in Advertising from Hanyang University. He has served as the 24th President of the Korean Advertising Society, the 15th President of the Korean PR Society, the first Chairman of the Government Advertising Advisory Committee, and the 4th Chairman of the Seoul Brand Committee.
저자 : Hong Kyung Soo
Currently a professor in the Department of Cultural Contents at Ajou University. He graduated from the Department of Journalism and Broadcasting at Korea University, and received his master's and doctoral degrees from the Graduate School of Journalism and Information at Seoul National University.
번역 : Kim Beom Joo
Currently pursuing a Ph.D. program in Food and Hospitality Systems at the University of Missouri-Columbia. He graduated from Korea University with a bachelor’s degree in Geography Education, received a master's degree from the Hospitality Management at the University of Missouri, and is currently completing his Ph.D. program.
